Our products, including PingPal, are in development. Descriptions on this site reflect what we're building, not a final specification — features, timing, and availability may change.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to any product, a launch date, or a particular order of access. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@codedlylabs.com.

Open-source software

Open-source projects we link to — such as our PocketBase fork and go-ai — are governed by their own licenses (available in each repository), not by these terms. Use them under those licenses.

Client work

Any client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Codedly Labs Ltd. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding commitment.

Liability

This site and its content are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Codedly Labs Ltd. isn't liable for damages arising from use of this site.

We may update these terms; the current version lives on this page with the effective date above.
